Electrostatic Powder Spraying

The Genus range is the latest development of a long line of well-proven spray equipment. Primarily designed for high production hand spraying, the Genus has the ability to cover the most awkward of shapes. As with previous models, the Genus features an excellent 50-litre capacity stainless steel powder hopper and fluidised bed, where the flow connections are all push in - including the powder pump. The operator requires no tools to totally strip the unit for cleaning and colour changing.

The Genus is also available in individual power modules for direct mounting to conveyorised spraybooths. These systems incorporate reciprocators which utilise automatic sprayguns with a variety of nozzle shapes, attached by swivelling universal clamps.

The Genus range is totally designed and manufactured by Mindon, enabling us to give comprehensive service backup, together with readily available spares from stock.

Reciprocators

Mindon also manufactures a range of Reciprocators, available in various strokes: these are designed specifically for powder spraying but are also eminently suitable for wet spray application.
