Technical Support and After Sales Service

Installation & Calibration

Our own site engineers install and commission our range of industrial process ovens and associated equipment. They are fully experienced in supervising the unloading and transportation of goods within customer premises.

Once the plant has been erected and fully assembled, a calibration test is undergone to ensure that the oven chamber temperature or airflow - whichever is relevant - complies fully with customer specification.

Service Contracts

We offer a comprehensive service agreement to ensure that newly installed plant continues to operate at peak efficiency throughout its lifetime. This is a scheduled service plan; we tailor the interval between maintenance visits to suit the plant utilisation.

Spares & Service

All of the consumable components on our range of equipment are normally held in stock at Mindon - many of them are manufactured in-house. Our plant drawings and records go back several decades, so in the event of major damage or plant refurbishment, we can always supply new components at short notice.
